Who We Are
Friends of the Central Cascades Wilderness (FCCW) is a nonprofit organization based in Bend, Oregon. We are dedicated to protecting and preserving the Wilderness Character of the Deschutes and Willamette National Forests. Our team of passionate volunteers works closely with the U.S. Forest Service to ensure the longevity and beauty of Wilderness for future generations.

Trevor Christianson
Vice President
Trevor Christianson blends over eight years as a Park Ranger, Educator, and Naturalist with a passion for uniting people through outdoor exploration. His work with the U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service, and Oregon State Parks honed his expertise in conservation, recreation, and nature’s transformative power. As Vice President of Friends of the Central Cascades Wilderness and a board member of the High Desert Climbers Alliance, Trevor champions stewardship and sustainable recreation, creating meaningful experiences that strengthen community bonds.

Jenn Masse
Lead Strategist
Jenn Masse is an ICF-Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator, and the owner of Conshy Coaching. She helps executives, leaders, and high-performing professionals embrace a more conscientious approach to leadership by adopting simplified strategies to manage time, stress, and energy. With a background in public accounting, internal audit, sales strategy, business development, and marketing, Jenn brings over a decade of corporate experience to her work. She holds a BS in Accounting and MBA in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University (Philadelphia), along with several ICF-accredited coaching and training certifications. In her free time, Jenn prioritizes spending her time in the outdoors, hiking and backpacking in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. In the community, Jenn volunteers approximately 100 hours a year with local organizations such as FCCW, SECT, Sisters Presents (FKA Sisters Folk Festival), and serves as the Chair Person on the Living Well With Dementia in Sisters Board of Directors. Jenn lives in Sisters with her husband, Matt, and dog, Chauncey.
